The work is well done. The service representative was courteous, pleasant and very helpful within the constraints of the company policy. The policy is to gouge the customer for all that is possible usin courteous, pleasant and very helpful within the constraints of the company policy. The policy is to gouge the customer for all that is possible using book estimates to justify exorbitant part and service pricing. The battery was overpriced, the service for battery instillation was 1 hour when it would take even an amateur's less than half that time. The service fee for instillation of an alternator was again more than double the actual time it should take to replace that part. Not a policy that would encourage a purchase of new vehicles from this company. More
