I apologize if there was any confusion with the paperwork & the cost of the installation of the battery. When I pulled the repair order up it shows that there was only a 30 minute charge for the installation. At times dealerships do have higher prices, however we guarantee Volkswagen parts and all of our services come with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. To help offset some of your cost our service advisor gave you a coupon to use. If there is anything else that we can assist you with in the future, please let us know.
