In the multiple-point inspection, tire pressures were not checked. One week after the service, the tire pressure warning light came on during a long distance trip, causing unnecessary stresses in looking for checked. One week after the service, the tire pressure warning light came on during a long distance trip, causing unnecessary stresses in looking for service shops to inspect tires during the pandemic situation. Also during this service, there were yellow checks marked on the inspection sheet with regard to the driver side rear rotor condition and the passenger side rear brake pad. These were not alerted to me at the end of service. However, these were supposed to be fixed in the previous service dated 09Jan20 that focused on these. These must have been overlooked during the current service. These caused concern in terms of confidence in services conducted. Front desk was friendly. More

My car was brought in for a full day to get 2 recalls done. One recall was never completed, the other part wasn’t even replaced, and I didn’t even get a multipoint inspection or car wash done. I had made it clear before my appointment that I’m a college student who lives in a remote place and would be leaving the area soon after my appointment. They didn’t tell me that they would not be completing my airbag recall (a 30min fix for my car) until 4:30pm unless I let them keep my car overnight for an additional day. Kelsey was very kind to me all things considered, but at the end of the day the work performed was awful and I am now still driving with recalled airbags. More
