I was told that my cabin filter would be approximately $20 to change and was instead charged $46.95 plus and charged for installation. I was also unhappy with the crowded waiting room and people without masks. I really like Steve a lot. He's a character and always treats me as an individual. He knows my car. I heard that he is retiring soon.
