I had to wait for 2.5 hours, and I was told that it will take 1.5 hours! I received my car with its hood open! Also, I had to call Audi USA myself for my warranty services. Brought our Volvo xc60 in for new tires. Service was extremely friendly and accommodating. Even had a loaner available for us which was great.
