I usually receive A+ service with an oil change/inspection. This time was poor. The inspection on my brakes was rated wrong. (2 & 3) when it was (2 & 7). The young man didn't check well. change/inspection. This time was poor. The inspection on my brakes was rated wrong. (2 & 3) when it was (2 & 7). The young man didn't check well. He tried first to say that he didn't know how I drove my car. (Meaning I may be heavy on the brakes) When I countered with I just had the service center redo the brake breaks a few months earlier and asked him to recheck then he had a different story. (Yes the front needed replacement) He said it was because I wouldn't let them take the tires off. I had asked not to have a tire rotation because I just purchased four new tires that week. I never told him not to do his job properly. I just wasn't going to pay for a rotation that wasn't necessary. I have used this dealership since 2015 and love my Subaru Outback and plan to buy another next year. I have always had great faith in the service department and followed their suggestions. I am hopeful that this is a one time occurrence. More
I was happy after the service. It was a recall that needed to be done. Just enough time to go and have some lunch.
