Good, low key communication between agent and my wife and me. Attempted to accommodate all our needs and desires in the sales process. Slight problem with failure to let me know that in moving from a 2020 to a 2021 model because of availability that the 0% interest deal that we had agreed on had vanished and I had to come up with almost 25k in cash to avoid paying interest. Forced me to sell some securities I had planned to do. We also did not like waiting an unexpected 2 hours till the car was washed on the day we came to pick it up. But the overall dealer rating remains 5 stars. More

Very displeased with Maple Hill Subaru Service department, but not much I can do about it since they are the only Dealership that I can get warranty work done at that is local. From being made to department, but not much I can do about it since they are the only Dealership that I can get warranty work done at that is local. From being made to feel like a second class citizen when I drop my car off, to being scheduled an in-person drop off time when they are not even open, to having to call back and verify if the parts ordered for my car were in 2 weeks after they were ordered, to enduring a 2 month wait for completed service, they really dropped the ball here. When I vetted my dissatisfaction, I was given an apology and then given COVID-19 as an excuse. My experience here is seriously making me consider switching car companies all together and that saddens me as I love my Subaru. Suggest taking vacation days and going to Lansing or Grand Rapids to have service done. Avoid Maple Hill at all cost! More
