The overall service is less than impressive. Not helpful until they indicate that you've been "such a loyal customer" that they'll "cut you a deal," yet still there was no "deal" cut. We love the Subaru bra until they indicate that you've been "such a loyal customer" that they'll "cut you a deal," yet still there was no "deal" cut.
