Nick Hodgson was great to work with.he followed up with me several times to see how I like the vehicle. He also walked me thru all the gadgets of the car. Great guy! The service was done quickly and I was on my way...only to find that the repair person messed up my radio..He/she obviously was politically motivated as the radio was on MSNBC news and I found country rock to find that the repair person messed up my radio..He/she obviously was politically motivated as the radio was on MSNBC news and I found country rock going when I started the car my sirus radio connection, for which I pay good money was no longer functioning and needed to be reinstalled, I would suggest a "do not touch my radio while servicing my auto" note to avoid this real irritation. My question on a former service visit, where I was told to watch for a problem before warranty was over could not be found by the very confused young man in the customer service area. More
