I usually have nothing bad to say but this is different because my car is having heating and cooling problems and I was told that everything was unhooked so I didn’t have to worry about a fire while I stil because my car is having heating and cooling problems and I was told that everything was unhooked so I didn’t have to worry about a fire while I still drove my car while waiting for the repair and everything wasn’t unhooked I continued to smell plastic burning a my fan was still blowing air. I called and had to ask how to unhooked things and was told I could bring it in and I exprothst I didn’t feel safe driving it and was finally directed to what fuse to take out to stop the the blower. I have to say that my recent purchase of a 2020 Volvo xc40 could not have been easier!
