Struggled with all the new features... I have had my car now for about 3 weeks and I still do not know how to use many of the features, keep getting email about some radio service that I kn I have had my car now for about 3 weeks and I still do not know how to use many of the features, keep getting email about some radio service that I know nothing about, when I left the dealer I did not even know how to use the cruise control or even how to adjust the heat. When I got a contact later discussing the terrible smell inside the car I did not feel my thoughts were taken seriously. I was told to reference some quick guide, not even sure what that is for where to locate this. My car is now having issues as to keeping the miles left per gallons accurate and have not bothered to call as I do not feel that I have been heard. Salesman seemed to talk more to my husband than to me....car was mine, in my name and payments coming out of my paycheck. Should have dealt with me first, guess my husband knows some of this but I do not understand any of the new features.....car is pretty but it keeps pulling to one side of the road when I drive and not sure why. The car has more features than I probably should have gotten as I do not understand them at all. When asked to add the remote, he did not seem to treat me with the respect that I would have liked that I DO NOT understand technology or even how to add an app to my phone...bottom line, don't understand the app that was added to my phone as no one showed me how to use....will probably just cancel the subscription as it is of no use to me at this time. More

Unnecessarily long wait; Came in to have my winter wheels mounted and balanced. Normally 30 minute services took two hours. The service was scheduled so no real excuse. Thorough check-up I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked them to check my battery. They brought the slip with the battery information to me and I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked them to check my battery.
