I looked around at several cars and decided I wanted to continue to drive a Hyundai. Went back to Maple Hill Auto and to Phil Lawrence and he was very helpful. I saw the Kona and really liked it. He was very good at explaining everything about this car. I purchased "my brand new" Kona on Nov 1, 2019 and love everything about it. Phil was recommended to me ten years ago by a friend and I will certainly recommended him to anyone I know needing a car. Also, when negotiating pay off on my totaled Tucson, Steve Nutt was very helpful in getting me service and odometer records which helped me raise my loss payment from insurance company. 2013 CC Winter Change-Over Service I had my 2013 CC in for winter change-over (installing snow tires and winter wheels, check-up on a couple issues, etc.). I made the appointment through the online scheduler, but there were some issues/comments. The service writer mentioned that diagnostic issues should have been scheduled earlier in the day (not an option with the online scheduler), and the service I asked for took longer than anticipated resulting in the techs working past their designated stop time. While there were some issues, all of them were squarely the result of the online scheduler and the interface to the maintenance team. Hannah Seal treated me professionally, and answered all of my questions. The waiting area was very comfortable, and the free wifi allowed me to continue working while waiting for the car. More
