Phone Call Details While I waited with a friend in Kalamazoo for my oil change to be completed, I was called on my home phone in Watervliet to let me know that I need While I waited with a friend in Kalamazoo for my oil change to be completed, I was called on my home phone in Watervliet to let me know that I needed a headlamp replaced. A message was left on my home phone. I even have a message on my home phone that says, "If you need to reach me immediately, please call my cell number." I had given the associate my cell phone when I arrived, but on the 13 point inspection paper, only my home phone was typed. I noted that My cellphone number was on the other 2 pieces of paperwork I received when I came later to pick up my vehicle. By then, I would have had to wait again and decided I would replace the headlamp myself. I have received very good customer service at Maple Hill for both of my vehicles. Tires installation Had an appointment to have 4 new tires installed and 4 wheel alignment. Everything went well and in about the time frame they told me it would take.. They explained what they found and corrected in regards to the 4 wheel alignment. Asked me if I had any questions at the end. Seemed genuinely concerned. Over all happy with there services. More

A lot of sales people would have tried to push a sale that day - Ed cared enough about us to find the right car, and be patient. Service was excellent. They met every request and even offered to drive to our home (an hour away) to deliver the car for us. From start to finish, we had an excellent experience. More

Andrea directed to me call subaru customer service first because subaru has been covering the repair if you’re out of warranty. All within 2 hours after leaving i had reached out to subaru, subaru had reached out to maple hill and Andrea and subaru both called me back to say that my repair would be covered by them and an appointment was set for the following week. I have never had such great experiences with any other brand or dealership! Thank you for everything! More

AWESOME SERVICE I had such a bad headache, and the people there were friendly. They spoke in low voices, and asked me if they could get me anything? I snored in your lounge for 1.5 hours but felt like 5 minutes. I had updates for my car, plus oil change and tire rotation. Sorry I cant remember who they were.
