The prescribed hours-per-job in the VW system are too generous on the part of the dealership and I need to rethink coming back. More

It had to be handled with the assistant service manager. If you send an email coupon it should be linked to the persons account so the need to print off a coupon is not needed. It is a waste of the planets resources. Also, some of the elderly population do not have computers and rely on their adult children's email to access information. In addition, the elderly do not always have smartphones. We should be helping the elderly and respecting them as they deserve it You know, respect your elders. In addition, they bought their vehicle brand new from your dealerships They have the most money in the country currently. I would think you would do something about that; You know, seniors discount! Anything would be better than how you currently treat them. I am the adult child writing this review. :( More

Great I had a recall notice for my Subaru and this is the only place in the area where this could be serviced. I inquired about an oil change and the price I had a recall notice for my Subaru and this is the only place in the area where this could be serviced. I inquired about an oil change and the price was comparable to my usual go-to oil change place. So, I asked them to also do an oil change. They called me back within the hour that my car was ready to be picked up! The 40 point check/review and car wash was also included. I feel like everything was explained to me thoroughly and the service was fast. I am so happy that I took my car to be cared for here. More
Maple Hill lacks customer focus. Maple Hill Auto has a great reputation so with this being my first interaction with them I would rate them as good but my wants and request sometimes Maple Hill Auto has a great reputation so with this being my first interaction with them I would rate them as good but my wants and request sometimes seemed ignored or not focused on. I just received my new Hyundai Tuscon so as of now I can recommend this dealership and Nick Hodgson (our salesperson) and I hope that continues if I need any assistance in the future. When a customer makes a simple request don’t ignore it and double or triple check your customers vehicle to verify he or she is getting exactly what they ordered before delivery. More
