We’ve been driving and servicing cars for forty years now, and I’ve been to lots of dealerships for work. Some I’ve never gone back to. I could easily rank them all into not recommended, recommended and highly recommended. Maple Hill is one of the few I would highly recommend. They’ve answered questions in the past about items we didn’t understand and explain everything clearly, and the work they’ve done has been done correctly and on schedule, even fixing our air conditioner in less time than was originally promised. Great dealership, great service and an excellent vehicle, thank you Maple Hill! More

The day I went to the dealer he had information ready for me and as Ascent to test drive. It was everything I was looking for and after finding the right color I left the same day with my new car. The only problem is wait time for appointments and talking to someone on the phone. Yet, when we learned it was a control module issue, Mike made the second appointment a week later. If this center weren't more expensive than my usual mechanic, I'd use them much more often as they are a VW dealership. Also I hope more people can work at this section because I can see the staff needs it. Wait time is one indicator. Inability to communicate via phone another. When I drove there, I was immediately helped, and I am grateful. More
