Rear brakes replaced. Was told needed rear brakes replaced. I ask do yo have time for it today? Answer "Yes" will take 2 - 21/2 hours This was a little after 10:00 am. 3 hrs later I call and was told it will not be done until 4:30! Told him what I was told and he said they had to work me in!! This was not an emergency, I could have brought it back and gone to work for the day. This was my day off. Then I was call at 3:15 and she told me she "pushed it through" Not happy with being told one thing and it taking twice as long. Also, man on the phone was very rude to me. More

Dissatisfaction My Subaru was having a recall taken care of. The dealership had called my home to say it was done! I was in their waiting room! Salesman listened! I am a 3rd time buyer of a Subaru Forester. When i first walked in, I told Nick, my salesman, he didnt need to sell me on anything. I understand that the service department is very busy bu The person(s) who actually checked me in and out is not even listed on this survey correctly. I understand that the service department is very busy but they came in after one hour after waiting to let me know my car was "almost ready" and almost 40 minutes later, they told me it was available. Overall, my experience will the service department has not been... great. Last year, my vehicle received damages after using their carwash. The door came down on my hood/front of the car. The carwash attendant tried to tell me "it looked fine". After getting my car into have it fixed (an estimated $1000 worth of damage), Maple Hill left my car in the back lot (while it was supposedly at the auto body place getting fixed) for 3-4 days. They had no idea where my vehicle was when I called the auto body shop - said it never showed up. When I contacted Maple Hill, they were shocked to find out that THEY had never taken my vehicle to the auto body shop. Randi was able to correct some of this by offering my free services for oil changes, etc. that I'm still questioned about every time I come in. More
