Estimate to fix the new Hyundai SF after a minor accident I called to make an appointment and the person received the call gave me an appointment to fix the problem based on the phone call- actually he pushed I called to make an appointment and the person received the call gave me an appointment to fix the problem based on the phone call- actually he pushed this appointment back because of unavailability of the replacement piece, but after I brought the car for evaluation, I was told that Maple Hill couldn't fix this problem and car needs body shop (after waiting one week for this appointment). I would rather Steve could scheduled the evaluation earlier so I would receive this information earlier rather than waiting one week for the piece to come and then redirected to body shop. More

Attention to detail My car was scheduled for an oil change and the EMC update, and the work was done promptly and in less than the estimated time. But the technician did not reset the service alert bell which rings every time I start the car. The technician also noted on the invoice that there is no record of a 60,000 mile service on my car, when in fact that was done on 09/25/18. Better attention to details like that would be appreciated. More

Everything has "by the book" rigidity, and I fine this approach difficult to comprehend. Also the hourly wage charged for service work in the area of $115 per hour, to be excessive, and your parts department also to be over charging. The mark-up for parts is Much too high. Parts are available online through other sellers that sell their parts at approximately 30% less. I must say I am not very keen about your business. About five years ago I stopped in to speak with Chad and he actually had the nerve to tell me a new VW diesel wagon sold for $100 over dealer invoice. It was such an obvious lie, I called him out on that immediately. More
