Better this time This experience was better than the last. I had an appointment at 4:15 but wasn't helped until close to 4:30 due to nobody in the Service Center area This experience was better than the last. I had an appointment at 4:15 but wasn't helped until close to 4:30 due to nobody in the Service Center area upon arrival. Finally, someone came to assist me and she was very friendly (I believe her name was Heather). The last time I had to visit the Service Center I was told that they could not perform my service because they closed at 5 pm. I had made an appointment a month out for my 40,000 mile check on my VW. No one called me during the entire month to tell me I needed to reschedule to allow for more time. Sometimes I feel being a single female walking into this Service Center that I do not get the best treatment. Moving to the Kalamazoo area from Dallas, TX, I expected the VW Dealership to treat me the same way I was treated in Dallas but this had been far from the case. I am not impressed with this Service Center. More

Not worth the hassle Disappointed that I had an appointment for a specific time and my car sat around for 5 hours before even being looked at. I was never once called for Disappointed that I had an appointment for a specific time and my car sat around for 5 hours before even being looked at. I was never once called for an update on my vehicle. I had to call every single time to find out what was going on. I was left stranded without a vehicle overnight and I came in from out of town to have my vehicle serviced. Several times I was told I would get a call back and was never called. I also was told that a side issue I was experiencing with my vehicle was not the cause of my main problem and after two days of being at the dealership it turns out my side issue was exactly what was causing the main issue; so I felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously. Extremely poor communication skills. My last experience at this dealership was not good either and I was hopeful that this second experience would change my mind. I was severely mistaken. I experienced a 3 hour wait for an oil change previously and was not notified of short staff until the end of the service when all along I would have just left and gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, I likely won’t come back to the Kalamazoo Subaru and will suggest others not seek service there either. More
Good service but My oil change and inspection was too long. I had a 12 o’clock appointment. First I had to wait to get someone to check my car in over 5 minutes.
