I had my daughter bring the car in for an oil change, the person told her the air filter was dirty and needed to be replaced, she told him I would tak I had my daughter bring the car in for an oil change, the person told her the air filter was dirty and needed to be replaced, she told him I would take care of it, she picked up a filter and when I went to put it in, the filter in was very white like new, I pulled it and there was some dust and some small leaves on the back side, I asked her if she had replaced it, she said no, I think it is too bad that somebody would tell her it was the worst he had seen, Please make sure the employees do not try and get young girls to purchase a new filter when it does not need it. I have the one I pulled out and would be happy to let you see it. thank you Steve Barker More

Service but bought a new VW I took my Audi in for service and commented that I did not like the Audi at all. I said I couldn’t wait until my lease was up which was still a year I took my Audi in for service and commented that I did not like the Audi at all. I said I couldn’t wait until my lease was up which was still a year away. Mr. Gates took over and said I could trade and get what I wanted which is a VW Tiguan. I love my Tiguan. He worked with me to find the best VW for me. I was very pleased with the experience. More

The sales process went smoothly and Matt Taylor pointed out all options available to me without pressure, answering all my questions along the way. I then stopped at their Service Department to ask a question, where an obviously busy Andrea Walker promptly put everything down and gave me her undivided attention as if I was the only client there at the time. She answered all my questions and even shook hands at the end, making me feel more like a member of the Maple Hill Auto family than a client.
