Everything could not have gysmother The women that greeted me are fantastic! I only had an oil change and I thought that I needed a tire rotation so I asked to see if I did and the technician said that the tires did not need to be done at this time which I thought was nice not to need at this time around. Very good hard working staff you have working there. The best since I have been getting my service work done at maple hill. More

Service was great11 I always enjoy bringing my car in for a oil change/ recall etc. The reason is the service manager, Steve. He is always so polite and knowledgable. Recall appointment for brake switch. Was scheduled for 1 hour to replace switch, a half hour job. Was there for well over 2 hours. No explanation why. Last two appointments for oil chan Was scheduled for 1 hour to replace switch, a half hour job. Was there for well over 2 hours. No explanation why. Last two appointments for oil change took well over two hours each even though was told normally this service takes 45 minutes. Will only use this dealership if no other alternative. I waste half a day every time I visit. Have told service people each time and they said will do better next time. Ha! What a joke. More
