Overpriced I was not happy with my service. I had car trouble and brought my car in for help. When I told the service tech I was taking for another estimate I I was not happy with my service. I had car trouble and brought my car in for help. When I told the service tech I was taking for another estimate I was charged a fee of $123 which I was told would be waived. But then was hounded over the phone for the $123 . I was quoted a price of $1600 for the service I had the same work done along with rear brakes and rotters for the same price. I called the service shop for cost of the part not only was I misquoted the price so was the shop that did the repair for me. I have purchased two, new cars from Hyundai Maple Hill and will not be returning to purchase a third. More

I had never had my car serviced here before so when I walked into the dealership and asked where I should go the sale people barely gave me the time of day. Once I figured out I needed to pull my car in front of “any” garage bay I ended up waiting ten mins before they actually opened the doors for me. And the service rep told me I pulled into the wrong door even though the sales people told me “any”. Needless to say I was frustrated for being treated like an inconvenience when I was providing Maple Hill Auto business. The person who books the appointments should explain where to go when you are dropping your car off for an appointment to avoid all this confusion. The level of work was Great and they got my car ready within the time they said they would. Please have better customer service. More
Easy, no pressure purchase! We arrived with a pretty good idea of what we were after. Phil was very easy to work with, and didn’t pressure us to consider higher priced options. He explained the differences between models and made the whole process easy. The business manager was also good to work with, again explaining the available options, but not pressuring a sale! I would definitely make the hour drive to purchase from Maple Hill Subaru again! More

Great experience! I did some “shopping” online and was referred to Nick Hodgson for my sales rep. He had a car waiting for me to drive at the appointed time. When it turned out that I wanted to drive a different model he quickly found me another car and that is the model I wound up buying. On delivery day he went over all the features and made sure I was comfortable before I drove off in my new car! I’ve already recommended him and Maple Hill Auto Group to friends. More
