My promised 3 hour appointment turned into 5 I think they forgot me and it felt like they lied. I hate being lied to. I had a 9:30 AM appointment for an oil change and tire alignment. I received a call at 11:30 indicating they had gotten behind on the alignment and it wouldn’t be done until 2:00. They did provide me with a rental car at that time only because I insisted. I travel an hour for my appointments so waiting isn’t easy. I had other things I wanted to do while I was in town and was unable to do them. Lack of consideration to my situation. More
