They do not know what they are doing. There was an electrical problem on the hatch door. They opened it up and decided the broken wires were the problem. Well, they fixed the broken wires but it did not fix the problem. How could they not have tested their theory first? The result was extended time on the car, two days not the original afternoon promised. Now, in order to get paid, they had to find the problem, they did not try to charge us for the extra time so that was good. More
