The best customer service ever! I arrived 15 minutes early for my recall/software update. Steve Nutt greeted me at my car with a smile. It was a typical Monday, busy, very hectic and his phone was constantly ringing, he never missed a beat! Steve remained calm and upbeat the entire time. My service took less than 30 minutes and I was even offered a free car wash. Often, we don't see this kind of customer service, at least in many places I frequent. I live in Toledo, Ohio, two hours away and I will drive back to Kalamazoo if I would ever need any work done on my car. More
