24,000 mile checkup I had had my oil changed at 23000 miles so I was told I could wait for the next one due before I had this checkup. Unfortunately, I was not notified that a 30,000 mile checkup would be due soon after and that I could just schedule this one instead which takes care of some of the same things. I was fully prepared to be at the dealer for a longer time this morning for service expecting some of these things to be taken care of. More

The car I wanted was not available in inventory but he made all efforts to find the exact one I wanted and stayed on my budget. He took the time to answer all my questions by email or phone as I lived about 60 min away. He was always very transparent and honest in the negotiation.
