If it is your maintenance light that is on, we can reset that with no appointment. You can come in any time that our service department is open and we can have a technician reset it fairly quickly. If it is your check engine light that is on, then there is something more going on with the car that we will need to take a look at because there is something wrong that a regular maintenance won't fix. When we quote the price of the services, it is usually an average of what that service is. The price is dependent on the year and the model of the car and what the manufacturer recommends for your specific vehicle. When a car is leased, the customer is still responsible for the cost to keep up on the maintenance. Unless you purchased a maintenance plan, those maintenances are paid for out of pocket. Hi Lena - It is the Maintenance light that was on that I was told they were going to turn off. Can you just tell me how to turn it off? I’m not sure I have time to again drive to the dealership to have this done. one other option is to go ahead and have someone come to my work/residence and pick up the car to fix the issue.
