With a full schedule, it wouldn't be fair to ask someone who has been waiting patiently for their appointment to give up their spot. We follow Subaru guidelines very closely, and if your check engine light was not flashing, it wouldn't be considered an emergency. Again, a misunderstanding in plain sight. As my review stated 'All of the warning lights going on'. Perhaps you should re-read it again. I certainly would not want to 'cut' in line to displace anyone who has/had been waiting patiently for a scheduled appointment. But when all of the warning lights are lit-up after a simple oil change -- you'd think anyone with empathy and/or common sense might want to have time in their allotted schedules for such things. Also, as a sidenote -- you'd think after a quality read of my review -- I might get a phone call? No. Did you even wonder how we got our Crosstrek back online? I don't see or hear any of that in your response. Again, lack of care and/or concern.
