Overall satisfactory, customer service at best Went thru my employee hub to get an amazing deal and my application was sent to couple Ford dealers. Went and choose the closest one to home. I dont have the best of credit score nor history since I just started building credit coming in the country. But OSCAR was really helpful with us. He said we will get you the truck you want and he and his team delivered And he was so amazing and all his bosses who were able to get us a good deal on our truck. They're very professional and so nice and patience with us . We are now enjoying our new Ford f150. If I ever come back to get one for my son in few year I'd be coming back to this dealership for sure and hopefully oscar is still there to help us. More

Service Dept Lies I do NOT recommend this dealership for any service whatsoever. They don't know what they're doing, and they lie to try to cover it up. My Lincoln MK I do NOT recommend this dealership for any service whatsoever. They don't know what they're doing, and they lie to try to cover it up. My Lincoln MKX with only 35,000 miles on it (still under warranty) had an oil leak back in March, 2019. I brought it into the Dealership and they supposedly fixed it. But it wasn't fixed, and after the next oil change it was discovered that there was oil all over the engine. I brought it in again, and they replaced the engine front cover to fix the leak. Unfortunately they never replaced the missing oil, and for the last 2 weeks I've been driving around without the proper amount of oil in the car. Of course they blamed the mechanic who did my oil change (back before the dealership "fixed" the car). So overall, they lie. I will never go back to this dealership. After paying top dollar for a luxury car you would think you would be treated better than this. More

Justin Santana from Maplecrest Ford and Lincoln of Union New Jersey is an unbelievably great salesman. He spent hours with me explaining the different options on the Ford Edge and the MKC and the new Lincoln Nautilis. In today's world these cars are computerized and they have so many different safety features which are extremely important to me. Justin spent the time and effort explaining to me all the different variables on all these cars. He wanted to make sure that I made the right choice for me and my family.
