Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We take these matters very seriously and always want to provide a great experience; however, it appears as though we let you down. We would like to investigate this issue internally and would like to understand more thoroughly what took place so that we may correct the problem. Please contact our service manager, John Hewitt, to provide your VIN number and additional details. Please also know that one of the benefits we offer our customers upon sale is the option to receive a loaner car during service, including recalls. This is offered at the discretion of the dealership, as the manufacturer typically does not offer a loaner/rental vehicles during recalls. When a recall is made, therefore, we do give our customers first option on a loaner car, to honor our benefits promise. It is possible that when you called we simply didn't have loaner cars available. It appears that we did not communicate this clearly.
