The dealership reached out about parts being in for major safety recall. Brought the car in. They never had the parts so it was never done. They then called back a couple weeks later bc the parts were in. Br safety recall. Brought the car in. They never had the parts so it was never done. Each service rep (managers included) had different lies that contradicted the last. On Saturday I needed car back and went and got it. Finally had a rep come clean that everyone has been lying but he is being honest that the tech was ghosting the service dept and no one moved it to another technician. I left 3 days after dropoff with it still not completed. That’s a lot of liability for Maplecrest to carry for a major fire hazard safety recall! More

This dealership has had my truck for 5 weeks and it has not been touched. They have horrible communication with the customer and have not provided a loaner car. I wish I could give them a negative rating. I got my oil change done on Saturday and by Wednesday my car was telling me I needed an oil change. I checked the dipstick and my oil is dry. I used a coupon that they sent me so I guess they just want to not honor that since last time I had a coupon also and they did not apply the coupon. When I called that time, they were supposed to check into it and get back to me and they never did. The only reason I came back this time was to get a recall taken care of and apparently oil changes are too difficult for them. More
