May of 2021 I purchase a new Ford Edge. Approximately Sept/Oct I began to have some issues. I took the vehicle back they look at it and told me the sensor was "too" sensitive and was told i Approximately Sept/Oct I began to have some issues. I took the vehicle back they look at it and told me the sensor was "too" sensitive and was told it was adjusted. It wasn't so around end of Nov early Dec I took it back it was looked at again and I was told I hit something however, the screen was under warranty and they would order it. Now I would know if I hit something but ok. In early Dec 2021 I dropped off the car to get fix and was told that the screen would be replaced during this time. I pick up my car from the auto dearlership down the street and no new screen. I go back to Maplecrest to see what's going on. Oh the screen hasn't arrived yet. Ok, I go back a call a week or so later still no screen. Finally, in March 2022 it's here. So no notification it arrived nothing. So I say do I need to make an appointment to get it installed oh no just bring it in. So at the end of the week I bring it in just to be told on we really can't do it today but if you make and appointment we can do it. So that is what I do pissed an all. Now I'm told the screen was fixed and all issues related to it is corrected. Now keep in mind I have to uber myself back and forth with a child with special needs (yeah). So the screen goes black again as I'm driving in April. I take off work keep my kid home and back to the dealership I go. This time I show video of the screen and show them. Oh I understand let's get it back to check it out. Low and behold I'm the blame again. I noticed you had keys where the phone charges and that area underneath was wet. So now I'm upset but I had extremely active kid with me so I am not going to argue. Let's make and appointment and get you a loaner car on April 21st. and we ordered a new USB for you. Because I could not wait for the update since I was told time wise we at the mercy of the computer. Ok and I asked will the screen work ok because I have to go out of town at the end of the week. Oh sure it will. Fast forward to Monday April 18th on my way back from my trip. I stop at the the rest stop turn the car off. Turn it back on and guess what happened NO screen. Now keep in mind it was snowing in Virginia. So I have a 5 hour ride back with wet cold feet, no navigation, no screen. But guess what when I back up half the screen came on then went back off. Now explain to me why I'm paying for a car that I can't use the automatic starter because all the controls are on the screen, I can't use the radio, I can't use the navigation system, I can't use the phone. I can't control the heating/cooling system. Yet I pay as if I do. So when I taken it back this Thursday I'm sure somehow they will again blame me for doing something to the car. You know what I did I was stupid enough to buy it. I was stupid enough to believe they corrected the problem. I was stupid enough to make payments on a supposably new car that has problems. When in fact the only thing I did was trust a dealership I should not have. But I'm video taping every problem with this car because I have had enough. Who has this many problem with what I was told a BRAND NEW car. More
The salesperson claimed that I could finance my leased car for 280 per month but after he did the paperwork for the application he stated that I had to pay 434 per month. My comments concern only my last visit to Maplecrest for service. The actual mechanical service wenl well, but the customer service could only be described as " How my Thanksgiving was ruined by Maplecrest service. I did not receive my Lyft ride back to Maplecrest before closing time for the following reasons: INITALLY,MAPLECREST GAVE LYFT THE WRONG ADDRESS. THE SECOND ATTEMPT RESULTED IN A "NO SHOW" BY LYFT MAPLECREST 5:00 CLOSING TIME (OF WHICH i WAS UNAWARE) WAS FAST APPROACHING. FOR APPROXIMATELY ONE HALF HOUR I CALLED MAPLECREST NUMEROUS TIMES ONLY TO BE REFERRED BY THE OPERATOR TO SERVICE AND GREETED BY AN UNASWERED RINGING TELEPHONE . FINALLY, THE OPERATOR, APPARENTLY AS FRUSTRATED AS I WAS, PASSED ME THROUGH TO SALES. A FEMALE FROM SALES ANSWERED THE TELEPHONE, AND, AFTER LISTENING TO MY PROBLEM, SUGGESTED TO ME THAT I CALL FRIDAY AT 8:00 AM FOR ASSISTANCE. Needless to say, in as polite a way as I can, I was more than a little upset. and frustrated. I was now faced with the unpleasant task of breaking all my appointments and disappointing family and friends all because Maplecrest and Lyft could not get their act together and get me a lift home. More

This service department was horrible when it came to service on my mustang. I had to go back to them four times in order for them to fix my brakes and rotors correctly. I even had to call corporate offi service on my mustang. I had to go back to them four times in order for them to fix my brakes and rotors correctly. I even had to call corporate office and make a complaint due to them not properly fixing my car after I have paid my money and they inconvenienced myself multiple times so they can get it right. More
