Refused to Repair my Explorer Transmission The worst possible dealer you could ever go to. The service department is useless, and should you actually have issues like a transmission issue, they The worst possible dealer you could ever go to. The service department is useless, and should you actually have issues like a transmission issue, they tell you to take it to another Ford dealer. They kept it for a month previously and did nothing but reset the KAM, because the service head is even more useless. Possibly the scummiest Ford dealer in NJ, and that's saying something. After making an appointment 2 weeks ago and bringing my vehicle in John Hewitt the 'service head' refused to repair vehicle since it wasn't purchased Maplecrest. They decided to call the police when I told him he was useless for refusing to repair my Ford. All the police drive Explorers too, one told me to contact a lemon lawyer and all laughed as I showed them my hood oxidizing on a 2017 model. Stay away from Ford, and especially this dealer. More
Service Dept Lies I do NOT recommend this dealership for any service whatsoever. They don't know what they're doing, and they lie to try to cover it up. My Lincoln MK I do NOT recommend this dealership for any service whatsoever. They don't know what they're doing, and they lie to try to cover it up. My Lincoln MKX with only 35,000 miles on it (still under warranty) had an oil leak back in March, 2019. I brought it into the Dealership and they supposedly fixed it. But it wasn't fixed, and after the next oil change it was discovered that there was oil all over the engine. I brought it in again, and they replaced the engine front cover to fix the leak. Unfortunately they never replaced the missing oil, and for the last 2 weeks I've been driving around without the proper amount of oil in the car. Of course they blamed the mechanic who did my oil change (back before the dealership "fixed" the car). So overall, they lie. I will never go back to this dealership. After paying top dollar for a luxury car you would think you would be treated better than this. More

They'll diagnose it for free but if any repairs are needed there trying to charge me for it. the image on the camera is backwards what should be on the right appears on the left on the screen. This is xxxxxxxx there is no setting you can adjust for this in the settings. They did something and i'm just noticing it. NOW I"LL HAVE TO PAY OUT OF MY POCKET for it. I will be sure to leave reviews on GOOGLE and YELP as well. More

I scheduled my 2018 Ford Escape for Service, the vehicle has tapping noise from t I am very disappointed with Maplecrest Ford Lincoln of Vauxhall, NJ. I scheduled my 2018 Ford Escape for Service, the vehicle has tapping noise from the engine and running loud. I have had the vehicle for 7 months. Upon, arrival to drop the vehicle off. I was scheduled to receive a loaner vehicle (Keep in mind, Ford's policy for a Lease Vehicle, if any problems and need service, they would provide me with a loaner vehicle of the same or better.) Fast forward, they had a Ford Focus for me as a loaner vehicle. I felt very disrespected and not valued as a long-time loyal Ford customer with a household of three new Ford vehicles. For them to expect me to squeeze my family into a Ford Focus, what an INSULT. They did not rectify the issue. I was told they will call me when they get a SUV for me. I left with my same vehicle. Still to- date, they have not reached out to me. More

Now my lift gate wont open and the lights inside of the vehicle will not shut off. I was told that it was not going to be looked at for over a week. The car battery has died and as my only vehicle I’m basically screwed. Leaser and buyers beware. I have only 5 months left on my lease and will be so happy when this nightmare is over. More
