I had researched the 2012 Focus Online and had requested more info from a dealer located near me, which turned out to be Mapelcrest Ford. I connected easily through email and setup a time over the phone wit more info from a dealer located near me, which turned out to be Mapelcrest Ford. I connected easily through email and setup a time over the phone with Charlie. I was quite surprised when I got there and he had the model I was looking for already waiting for me to test drive. From that point on the level of comfort and expectations grew with this dealership far more than I have experienced with others in the past. I would like to extend sincere thanks to Charlie and others at Maplecrest who were very receptive throughout the buying process. I was also impressed with Charlie's responsiveness over several channels, including email and phone. I took some time to read some of the other testimonials on the site and I echo many of the feedback on Charlie's experience and personal touch! More

I purchased a car from this dealer and from the time I pulled on the lot to when I left in my new car my experience was awesome. I didn't know what to expect as I wasn't that familiar with this dealer but pulled on the lot to when I left in my new car my experience was awesome. Barbara went over-the-top with helping me purchase a new Ford Fusion for my Mom, who lives in CT. She located the car in MD, had it first brought to NJ for the transaction & then had it delivered to my Mom' Ford Fusion for my Mom, who lives in CT. She located the car in MD, had it first brought to NJ for the transaction & then had it delivered to my Mom's home in CT. She followed thru on securing a safe, new car for my elderly Mom~so appreciate her going the distance for us!! More

I went to Maplcrest to lease a Ford Edge. The experience was great from start to finish. Charlie was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was accessible when I had trouble with my cell phone synching wit was great from start to finish. Charlie was very knowledgeable and very helpful. highly rate this dealer. as for service, i haven't had any repairs and so i didn't rate that but i will when i am there with repairs their is an issue with sync that Ford is working on .the usb port loc any repairs and so i didn't rate that but i will when i am there with repairs their is an issue with sync that Ford is working on .the usb port lockes up and you either have tu disconnect the battery, remove fuse, or do a complete reset in the sync software.. hope this gets resolved soon very anoying to me More

She walked me through everything I needed to know after I got my new car, and was incredibly helpful in finding a new convertible and standard Mustang for me. Another dealer told me they couldnt find a stick shift convertible in my price range. The entire staff at Mendham Ford was helpful and considerate, it was my first time buying a car without my husband and I felt well taken care of, satisfied and never pressured or taken advantage of. My first service was with Spencer, he saw to it that the car was taken in swiftly and I was able to get it back in time for work. I highly recommend this dealer and of course, Ford. I love my car. More
