Excellent Service I brought the car in for Toyota Care and after the car was finished I ask a question about the air flow from the heater, there was little air flow whe I brought the car in for Toyota Care and after the car was finished I ask a question about the air flow from the heater, there was little air flow when set to the front vents, the service manager who checked me in came out with me to look at the car, and when I went to show him how we had very little air flow, the flow turned out to be normal much to my surprise, He explained the possible cause of the problem. When I showed the wife the air flow was now as it should be she was overjoyed as well. More

While I was explaining the problems in the car, she sat on the passenger seat and listened everything what I needed to say. She took a good notes and entered the information into their computer system in order to explain the problems accurately to a technician. When I asked about a warranty coverage, she quickly checked if the warranty department was open. When the warranty department was about to close its hours, she made an effort to contact the department right away so that she can give me an answer. All the process I have to go through to repair was explained to me clearly. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I felt I was treated as a valued customer.
