He never hesitated to answer all my questions (and there were a lot!) as we finally decided on buying from Ma Our salesman Kela Smith was outstanding. He never hesitated to answer all my questions (and there were a lot!) as we finally decided on buying from Maplewood Toyota. We considered buying from other Toyota Dealerships in the Twin Cities, other non Toyota Brand dealers, Lease return companies, and Rental return companies. He promised that Maplewood Toyota would not be beat by another Toyota dealer - and he held to that even as I several times made him aware of better deals at other dealers. We were happy that we ended up buying from Maplewood Toyota as we have had our other vehicle (Toyota RAV 4) serviced there and were very pleased with the service there. Even after the sale I have corresponded with Kela and he does not hesitate to answer my technology questions about the car. If I stop in unannounced - he will come right out to the car and show me how to operate the technology I was struggling with. He was also very fair with me on getting a reasonable price on my trade in. Give this man a raise! More

During this time they have taken care of the car without upsales which has left us confident that should something happen they will tell us the problem and possible solutions. This time we had a tyre issue. It turned out to be a bolt in it. I had phoned prior to going for a price quote on new tyres. The quote was given with details of why I should use that tyre and the next day they were installed for the price quoted. Good to know you can get a price and not have additional charges outside of the quote. If they continue to do business in this way, I will always go to them first. More

I trust that they only do work needed ~ when I had an older vehicle they took time to explain repairs. I had a small oil leak (2 drops on my garage floor which freaked me out)on a 14 yr old car. It was a small part but required removing the engine and was a costly repair. They cared enough about me as a customer to not do the work just for the $$ ~ they always checked it on my regular oil service and I never had another drip. More
