Other than the occasional 90 minute wait for an oil change I have had excellent service and low pressure from staff to perform additional repairs or maintenance. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and has wifi. Al, the shuttle driver, was a nice companion when he drove me to my workplace when I recently had service and tires installed on my car. More

Cleared up the problem with the power steering on my Celica. The power steering on my 'vintage' Celica was not working - very stiff and a little jerky. I feared an expensive repair. The technician diagnosed the The power steering on my 'vintage' Celica was not working - very stiff and a little jerky. I feared an expensive repair. The technician diagnosed the problem as the steering 'knuckle' was corroded ( from being in storage over the summer). He cleaned it up, lube'd it, and flexed it. It was working near normally when I left and it has steadily improved as I have driven it to a 'normal' state. No new parts, no labor costs. I am most pleased. Thanks to all that helped with this. Popped in to get a headlight bulb. It was installed while I I popped in to get a bulb for my left headlight. It was installed while I was in the que. He gave me a fair trade-in value for my old car and I only ended up making one counter-offer to get to my desired price after the initial evaluation. I used their Maintenance Services on my old vehicle as well and haven’t found a better dealership with their quality in Minnesota. Their mechanic advisors are upfront, not pushy, and give helpful recommendations as what they were looking out for in my vehicle but didn’t need immediate replacement that would cost me my entire paycheck. More
