Cody in the service department worked with Rick from Sales and Russ Bestler to make sure I was completely taken care of. The engine issue turned out to be major and they took care of it. I was NOT charged a dime for the work or parts. Show me another dealership that takes that takes care of its customer like that. I am completely blown away by their commitment to customer service. I have learned over the years to make an appointment for a simple oil change, otherwise you could wait for hours. I have been a happy Toyota owner with two Toyota vehicles for the past 20 years. There have been times I have waited up to 2 hours even with an appointment. Well............... this time was different. I had an appointment for 1:30, my service advisor was Ryan Dorsey. I was there on time and Ryan said it would be about an hour to complete. I chuckled and said "ya right". I was shocked and pleasantly surprised, they were done in about 45 minutes. I was blown away....... Awesome!! More

Light Fix Service was above and beyond. The part that was needed to fix my light was broken on arrival so the fix could not be completed on the scheduled day. T Service was above and beyond. The part that was needed to fix my light was broken on arrival so the fix could not be completed on the scheduled day. They had a new part sent overnight and completed the work by the next morning so we could leave for an out of town trip. Really appreciate the rental car as well. More

I'll drive to Maplewood from now on rather than use that dealership again for service, as there is no comparison whatsoever in the service experience! The service advisors and everyone I encounter at Maplewood Toyota are so much more friendly, helpful and customer-service oriented than at the WI. service dept. And the rates for services at Maplewood are considerably lower - I spend less money there!! The entire experience at Maplewood Toyota is first class every time! More
