Quick and professional My Rav4 had scratches on the rear bumper because of putting in and taking out my wife’s wheelchair. Always Pleasant Even though appointments are available for routine service, I seldom am far enough ahead in my own schedule to take advantage of this opportunity. I typically drive in, am met by a service representative, and get the car serviced while I work at one of the desks provided (with internet service) in the waiting room. I better add that I enjoy a (free) chocolate chip cookie, and (in the winter) a cup of hot chocolate. What's not to enjoy? More
