I told Wong Vue, the service advisor that checked me in, that my "maintenance required" light had come on, and that I was having trouble pushing the release button on the back seat to lower it. He jumped in the back right away and solved the problem. All that was needed for this particular maintenance visit was tire rotation, and because I had purchased mine from this dealership, there was no charge. I had brought work to do, and waited there. It was a busy afternoon, I had not made an appointment, and I was out in about an hour. More
