Great service! Friday afternoon: After AAA gave my dead battery a boost, I took my car to Maplewood Toyota to drop my car off for a battery replacement. I was told o Friday afternoon: After AAA gave my dead battery a boost, I took my car to Maplewood Toyota to drop my car off for a battery replacement. I was told on the phone that they wouldn’t be able to get to it until Monday. I left my car out in the lot and went into the service area to drop off my keys. I told a young man sitting near the door why I was there and he said that he would check to see if they could get me in. They were very responsive and said it would be done in about an hour or so. By the time we finished lunch nearby, I received a call from a customer service representative saying it was ready to be picked up. They all helped to make what could have been a very inconvenient few days without a car to another great experience at Maplewood Toyota. More

It’s a lot faster at this dealership since they have a large inventory from which to select and test drive. I had a model and color in mind when I walked in. Having purchased or leased about seven cars from Maplewood Toyota, I knew about how long the process would take. After a quick test drive and a different color choice, it was just some signatures in the finance office and a short wait for the car to be cleaned for us. We purposely don’t buy cars on a weekend and try to set an appointment with our salesperson so they are ready for us. This experience was no different than our last one - a relaxing hassle free process. That is probably why our garage has two Toyota’s in it - both leased from Maplewood Toyota. More

I was open to new or used and we started with used vehicles where he had some low mile options available. I came in planning on purchasing a Tacoma (size and fuel economy). We test drove a Tacoma and a Tundra before I narrowed my search to a Tundra of which I have previously owned (ride and cab room). Even though there was a low mileage used Tundra I considered, I determined that I would receive a better value when considering financing options and rates. In the end, I purchased a 2018 Tundra. More
