There was some question as to whether my (minor $110) problem would be covered by the certification warranty with its $50 deductible. Although I said I would pay the entire $110, they waived some of the fees and brought the repair in under $50. And this for a vehicle that I purchased from a different Toyota dealership. (The reason I bought a vehicle out of state was due to incredibly low mileage.) This service department is super busy, but worth the wait. They always exceed my expectations. More
