Can't be beat service I have not yet had a bad experience during any of my many visits to this dealership. Peter was a gentleman and made us feel comfortable right away. After a short negotiation we agreed on a price, then Peter quickly and thoroughly processed our paper work. We were done in less than an hour! He even took the time to sync both of our phones to the car. He provided us with contact information and encouraged us to call him directly if we had any questions about the car. We were extremely satisfied with our experience at Maplewood Toyota. Noise relief My car very unexpectedly started making an annoying noise from the engine compartment while idling. I called and said I was bring it in. Fortunately, when I drove into the service area, the noise was loud enough for all to hear so I didn't need to explain it. I was treated like I had an appointment. The service writer told me it would be 30-45 minutes to inspect and try to locate the cause. Fifteen minutes later my car was quiet and an easy explanation was given with promise of further action should it occur again. And.....I was on my way to finish the rest of the day. More
