I checked Maplewood Toyota's website, saw their availability and called the dealership. I spoke with Greg Gustafson that day and we chatted about options and pricing. He made me a solid promise that I could be in and out of the dealership within 90 minutes upon my arrival later in the week (I was a bit pressed for time) As promised he had me in and out, he did not "waste" a moment of my time. I felt valued and appreciated as a customer by him. Dave in financing also did a great job getting me through my financing and I was in and out of his office in 15 minutes. Thank you to the team, and most especially to Greg. This gal from Fargo couldn't be happier AND I LOVE my 2017 Highlander. See you in a few years when I am ready for a newer model! More
