I did have a concern with a noise that just started and they did a quick inspection and did a great and thorough job explaining what was causing the issue. They also made a recommendation on the service needed and an estimate, both time and cost. I left the dealership before the time they thought they would be done. Consistently give great service! He trusted me to take vehicle for a ride without him or even a copy of my drivers license. He quickly brought over additional cars to take for test drive so didn't have to waste time in between. I felt he was very honest and he kindly asked for help from other sales staff to answer questions he couldn't. I left Toyota knowing that I was going to purchase a new 2017 RAV4. More
