We went back on day three trying to talk about a trade-in or a return. We spoke with who we believe was a finance manager as he was the one who processed our payment information. We were given what we perceived as a run-around as we could not get a straight answer regarding a trade-in amount. When we finally did get an amount, it was $2,000 less than we had paid for a car that we owned for now 5 days. Needless to say, we were frustrated. Scott Peters, our original salesman, eventually worked miracles for us. We were able to get the full purchase price back as well as our trade-in vehicle and we called it a day. We would have liked to honor Scott's work and purchase another vehicle from him, but there were no vehicles on the lot that met our price-range and would fit the wheelchair. In the interim, we have purchased a car from another dealership. But, I have told my family and friends to look for Scott if they are in the need of a new vehicle. I would like to repay his hard work with more business. More

Three generations of my family have now bought from them. After a 17 year relationship, Mabi has now sold to three generations of our family. Let that sink in a little bit. The same dealership and same person for three generations. My father has brought a Camery and Tacoma, one brother has brought a Camery and Tacoma, the other brother a Tacoma. My daughter a Prius. And myself a Fourunner and last week I just picked up my new Tacoma TRD Pro. And this doesn't include our extended family and the numerous referrals we made to Maplewood and to Mabi. Mabi from day one treated us with nothing but respect, courtesy and kindness. He is symbol and model that should standout to everyone not only at your location but to Toyota dealships across the U.S. and worldwide. Helpful and trustworthy service department I brought my Prius (purchased from Maplewood) in for routine maintenance and because my "low tire" light was on and I needed new wiper blades. As has always been true with the service department, I was given accurate information about what was wrong and what wasn't wrong. And special attention was paid to the tires to ensure they were simply low on air and not leaking or otherwise compromised. Such a pleasure and relief to feel I can trust the service department. More
