Routine Maintenance Just drove in for oil change and tire rotation .. no appointment. We did not wait and asked for a text when they were finished. Good routine maintenance In general, the service department is exceptional at Maplewood Toyota. They are prompt, careful with my money, and do terrific work. This was the firs In general, the service department is exceptional at Maplewood Toyota. They are prompt, careful with my money, and do terrific work. This was the first time that I was disappointed. Kudos to them for finding a nail right in the center of one of the tires during routine tire rotation. What was disappointing was that they said they couldn't repair it because of where the nail was but instead sent me back to where I bought the tires - or I could buy a new tire from Toyota. When Norm's Tire Sales saw the tire, they said there was nothing tricky at all about the repair and had me on my way with the tire repaired, put back on the car, and 2 tires rotated in less than 30 min. My belief is that Maplewood Toyota just didn't want to bother with the repair. More

Routine Maintenance I had my 4Runner in for an oil change & tire rotation. I was a little over the mileage since I had been out of town & needed to go out of town again.
