Conversely, I had to wait over 6 months for a refund check from a cancelled "key guard" key fob replacement protection plan, after speaking with at least 3 different men working in "Finance" several times; each of which assured me "the check is in the mail." They get the job done. I brought the vehicle in for servicing and to determine what is causing the noise from the front wheel drive train.
