At closing two different people presented us with several extra.s all of which added to the cost of the car. One of them was called Gap and the other dealt with mechanical breakdowns I am not saying these options was good but they did add to the monthly costs, I am retired and these costs are hard to deal with. I am suggesting that in the future we could be presented with a sheet explaining the option and its monthly before the closing date so we could have had time to think about them More

None of those experiences were as pleasant or straightforward as my purchase of a Highlander Hybrid from Maplewood Toyota. I never felt as if the staff were just going through the motions of making another sale. We put in an order for exactly the car I wanted, and I never had to worry about the process from there. The paperwork process was by far the easiest I have experienced. We spent more time talking to the sales manager about a house for sale next door to us than we did signing forms. We could not have asked for a better sales person than Jim Miller. First class all the way. More

My last visit resulted in them finding something that needed attention and they worked with me on the price as well as a rental as they needed to keep my car an additional day. Although my bill was higher than I initially expected (after all, they did more work), I did not feel "taken" by any means. I will continue to visit this dealership for future service. More
