First Toyota My family and I just stopped in to see what the Highlander had to offer before we leased a Chevy Traverse,which I had been wanting for the past year. My family and I just stopped in to see what the Highlander had to offer before we leased a Chevy Traverse,which I had been wanting for the past year. We ended up driving away with our first Toyota! What sealed the deal was the 2nd row seating that was set up off the floor so when you move the seat forward it is not hitting the floor mats. The front is very spacious as is the second row seating although the 3rd row seating would definitely be cramped for adults. Also love the touch entry and lock and power lift gate. Only negatives for customer service is we had quite a wait while they were cleaning the vehicle (was told it would be 15 min. and was closer to 35-40min)and they left a big sticky spot on the middle console possibly from a sticker? More

Tire Rotation We have a couple of trips planned in the near future & wanted to make sure everything was in tip top condition. My Toyota Sienna was due for tire rota We have a couple of trips planned in the near future & wanted to make sure everything was in tip top condition. My Toyota Sienna was due for tire rotation but the service department made sure breaks were good to go, wiper blades were in good shape, filled all the fluids, checked the cabin filter, another words made sure everything was ready to go. Now we take our trip & be confident we'll have no issues. The service technicians were polite and answered all my concerns. Love my Toyota & Maplewood is the best!! More
