I have never before been the prime-decider in dealing about cars, but I've heard plenty of stories about how women get hassles and no respect at dealerships. For me, those stories were not at all true. By tactfully asking a few questions, Tom assessed our situation and treated each of us with respect and helpfulness. He gave us lots of information and answers and I did not feel any "pressure" to buy or make a fast decision. Giving up one's privilege of driving is a very difficult action for most people, especially for men.
