Fixed the issues I needed an oil change and to have them check for rattles that had started. They were able to find several shields that were loose and fix the exhaus I needed an oil change and to have them check for rattles that had started. Dealership service is top rate! However . . . Twice we've used the service there and wanted to purchase our new Camry there. However, after working with an excellent female online (Julie?) we arr Twice we've used the service there and wanted to purchase our new Camry there. However, after working with an excellent female online (Julie?) we arrived expecting to purchase the car. As Julie was not yet there Mr Ihle decided to take over. He assured us Julie would be involved when she arrived. Ihle visited with us, left, visited with us, left. I went for a coffee there. On my way back a female who looked like the photo of Julie came across my path. I asked if she was Julie. She chuckled and stated the mistake was quite common as they resembled one another. At this point Mr Ihle came upon us and very close to ver batim, if not completely accurate stated to me ,"I told you I'd get her when she got here. Try to learn a little patience, will you?" You can imagine how negotiations went from that point. The discussion was reported to Julie as she had been great as a person with whom to deal. We went on to buy our Camry from Kolar in Duluth where we were treated very nicely. Thus, it was quite shocking to receive this request and even more shocking to find Ihle was yet in your employ. Thus I will continue to rave about your service but withhold judgment on your sales personnel. More
